Executive Presence is a Voice Problem.

Twenty years of conservatory-trained vocal coaching, applied to how leaders speak, listen, and hold a room.

Why a Vocal Coach?

I'm Angela Kristine. For the last two decades I've trained voices — professional performers, and adults who'd spent a lifetime believing theirs wasn't good enough. Here's what both groups taught me: the same instrument that carries a song carries a leader's presence in a room. Breath, resonance, pacing, and belief aren't separate from communication. They are communication.

Most executive communication training stops at delivery tips — slow down, stand up straight, project. That's technique without the rest of the instrument. The Living Instrument™ framework I use with every client works across four cornerstones: technique, mindset, performance, and personality. For a leadership audience, that means working on how you physically produce your voice under pressure, how nerves and belief show up in your delivery before you've said a word, how you actually perform in high-stakes rooms, and how your real personality comes through instead of flattening into "professional voice." Most people only ever get coached on the first one.

What This Looks Like

Keynote address A single session built around a specific theme — confidence, presence, communication under pressure — for a conference, offsite, or leadership event.

Executive course A structured, multi-session program for a leadership team or cohort, working the full framework over time rather than a single talk.

[FILL IN, Angela: confirm these are the two formats you want to offer publicly, and whether you want length/pricing listed or kept to "inquire for details."]

In May 2025 I delivered Empower Your Executive Voice as Keynote for SofTec — The Next Wave Forward: supporting mentorship and leadership journeys for women in tech.
